We are a digital literacy expert workgroup of TEDECO (TEchnology for DEvelopment and COperation) of Universidad Politecnica of Madrid (UPM)..

We can participate in national, international or European projects from the university and offer services to companies through technology transfer.

Services

Audit

Analyze the available digital literacy infrastructures and study the current digital literacy status, training processes, and results.

Consultancy

To offer a digital literacy plan oriented and personalized to the target group. The goal is to improve the current training processes through our experience and innovative methodology.

Course development

Preparation of a course structure customizing the contents for the target group's needs and developing the corresponding audiovisual digital literacy training materials.

Technical support

Technical support for preparing the training infrastructure, content's maintenance to extend them or update them if needed, and training the local staff to replicate the training experiences without external help.

Health Services

Leading "eHi_ICTT (e-Health inclusion through ICT training) project of EIT-Health."   

Audit e-health literacy

Evaluate the current online access to health information and e-health services of a specific population group, e.g., location, country, rural, people with a migrant background, to the particular required contents or services of a company or organization. 

Consultancy e-health literacy

Design collaboratively with the target population a syllabus to cover all its identified e-health needs. Providing a complete training plan adapted to the characteristics of local infrastructure and needs to improve the access of the target grout to the particular or general e-health services.

e-health oriented course development

Specific development of the training material for each course customizing the contents for the local e-health needs of the target group, in their native language, according to their preferences, cultural characteristics, and for the type of device and context they will use it.

Material maintenance

Maintenance of materials to keep them up to date (due to the nature of the contents) and attention to the new content demands that may arise.
